HOW TO PERFORM A RESET
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
INT-LOCK APP OPERATION

I CAN NOT PAIR MY SMARTPHONE (after RESET).
1. Check that you have deleted the “DOOR” at the APP.
2. Check that you have deleted the link BT from the telephone settings.

 I CAN NOT PAIR MY SMARTPHONE  (no RESET performed).
 1.Check all shells of the lock are correctly positioned and both BT and GPS are active in settings.
2. Press briefly on the concealed button.
3.Press “Add door”
4. If the problem persists, review the smartphone features or check if the phone has been previously paired with the lock.

I CAN NOT PAIR MY CONTROL BT. 
1.Check that the control LED ligths up.
2.Chek all shells of the lock are correctly positioned.
3. Verify that the APP is not open in any of the paired smartphones.
4.Press briefly on the concealed button.
5. Right away make a long press on any of the two buttons of the BT control.

THE ALARM DOES NOT SOUND.
1.   Make sure that you have activated the alarm through one of these methods:
•    Make a long press on the lock button in locking operation .
•    Make a long press on the BT Control locking button.

•    Select alarm mode at the App and make a locking operation.

•    In all three cases the lock will emit a triple beep when the alarm is triggered.
2.  To test that it works, you must cause a strong and long vibration on the door. (the lock detects intrusion attempt).

THE LOCK DOES NOT CLOSE.
1.    GREEN LED LIGHT.
•    Check all shells are correctly positioned.
•    Verify the magnet in correctly located in the side housing of the strike plate.
•    Check that the distance between the striker and lock shells is from 8 to 20 mm.
2.   RED LED LIGHT.
•    Check that the battery is correctly located in the housing.
•    Exhausted battery (replace by a new one).

THE LOCK OPENS AUTOMATICALLY.
1.    Check that the distance between the striker and lock shells is from 8 to 20 mm .
•    Failure to respect the required distance, loosen the screws and move both parts as far as possible. The screws have a tolerance.
2.    Check that the bolt does not touch the striker when closing (the two parts must be placed in parallel, at the same level).
•    We have extra underlays in different sizes to bridge the gap that may exist between the frame and the door.

I WANT TO RESET. HOW DO I DO IT?
1.    Remove the battery.
2.    Exhaust the internal battery.
3.    Press the concealed button and without releasing it insert the battery.
4.    Press and hold for about 3”.
5.    The lock will make a long sound.

*****PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN A RESET IS CARRIED OUT, ALL VALUES RETURN TO THE FACTORY SETTINGS, SO YOU WILL HAVE TO LINK THE DEVICES AGAIN AND CREATE THE PASSWORD*****

REPLACEMENT BATTERY.
1.    Check that the battery has the same characteristics as the original.
•    9 v.
•    Identical dimensions as the original battery.
•    LITHIUM BATTERY.

HOW DO I REPLACE THE BATTERY??
1.    Remove the battery.
2.    Insert the new battery.
3.    Wait a few seconds for the system to load.The LED will flash green when it is ready.

WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER?
1.    I must have created a password.
2.   I must have renamed/added image on every user.
3.   I must have noted the mechanical opening coordinate.

I HAVE INSTALLED AND CONFIGURED MY LOCK. WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS? 
1.    Create a password.
2.    Rename users/add image to each one.
3.    Check mechanical opening coordinates and write them down in a safe place.

HOW DO I CREATE THE PASSWORD? 
1.    Check that you are the ADMINISTRADOR user.
2.    Go the App settings menu.
3.    Click on “CREATE PASSWORD”.
4.    Enter the 8-digit numerical key.
5.    Enter a password confirmation.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
1.    Enter the APP settings menu.
2.    Click on “CREATE PASSWORD”.
3.    Enter the new password and confirm.

HOW DO I OPEN WITH MY PASSWORD?
1.    Download the int-LOCK APP to a smartphone that is not linked to the lock.
2.    Open the int-LOCK APP.
3.    Click on “RECOVER KEY”.
4.    Enter the key you previously configured.
5.    The lock will recognise the key and will open.

THE OPTION “CREATE PASSWORD” DOES NOT APPEAR ON MY SMARTPHONE.
1.    If this option is not available on the APP settings menu, this means this user is not the ADMINISTRATOR .
2.    Efectuar un “RESET” y volver a vincular el dispositivo.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE ADMINISTRATOR?
1.    Performs a reset.
2.    Remove door through the APP.
3.    Link as first user the smartphone you want to have ADMINSTRATOR credentials.
4.    Re-link the rest of the devices (telephone, int-KEY or int-LOCK).
5.    Create a new password.

HOW DO I DELETE A USER?
1.    Access the APP through the ADMINISTRATOR smartphone.
2.    Connect to lock.
3.    Go to the Settings menu.
4.    SSelect the user you want to delete.
5.    Click on “DELETE USER”.

THE APP DOES NOT CONNECT TO THE LOCK.
1.    Check that no smartphone is connected to the lock.
2.    Close all open applications in the background on your smartphone.
3.    Open APP.
4.    Click on “OFFLINE” door.
•    If the connection succeeds, click again to open.
5.    If disconnecion persists, TURN OFF, DO NOT RESTART, and repeat the process.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE USERNAME IN THE APP?
1.    Open the int-LOCK APP with the user “ADMINISTRATOR”.
2.    Access the “settings” menu.
3.    Select user.
•    Users get sorted in order of linkage.
•    We recommend renaming them as they are linked.
4.    A tab will open showing the following options:
•    “SAVE CHANGES”.
•    “DELETE USER”.
5.    Click on USER/NAME below.
6.    A text box will open for you to enter the name.
7.    Click on SAVE CHANGES.
